Guy Sneesby is the company’s strategist and technology lead. He was the founding MD of Dennis Interactive, the digital arm of Dennis Publishing Limited. Guy ran a team of 40 people for 10 years and built Dennis' formidable presence on the Web from the ground up.
His experience of how to build compelling websites led to the development of NETGENIE, an easy-to-use, scalable and feature-rich Content Management System.
Guy understands the challenges that advertisers and media owners face in achieving effective results with display advertising and with his team also developed ADGENIE.

Martin Connolly is responsible for managing the company’s ad sales and affiliate teams. Martin is experienced in both the display and search market places, having previously been an Ad Director at Dennis Interactive and Hemscott Plc, as well as Head of European Sales at shopping comparison giant Shopzilla/Bizrate.

Barry Cronin has worked at a senior strategic level within the world's leading B2B/B2C publishers (IDG/Reed/VNU/Dennis). He has a strong commercial background developing new revenue streams and deep expertise with multiple platform content and revenue strategies. He has a broad knowledge of international publishing/digital content business models in Europe, USA and Asia and is an effective leader and coach of sales, marketing, editorial, design and development teams.
